Multiple companies or locations in one system, with separate data
Two companies, one owner, one login: how each company gets its own database, modules are not paid twice, and everything is still billed to the main company.
Many owners run more than one company: one for trading and one for services, or a second location with its own books. Two needs then pull in different directions. The data should be separate, because an invoice from one company has no business in the other. And yet you do not want to pay for two programs, log in twice and set everything up twice.
Every company has its own database
In Blina Desk every company gets a separate database and its own storage for its documents. Customers, invoices, employees and files of one company are not kept in the same tables as those of the other. This applies to every company, including the first.
Adding another company or location
Under Subscription → Branches you create a new company or location. The database and storage are ready straight away. Each additional company costs €29 per month, or €23.20 when paid annually. You do not pay for the modules a second time; new people in the new company count as additional seats, just as in the first.
One login for all companies
Anyone who works in two companies logs in with the same email and chooses the company when signing in, and are counted only once.
Billed to the main company
The Blina Desk invoice goes to the main company, for all companies together. By default the companies share the AI credit; if you prefer, you can give one company its own. Storage: in the main company 5 GB per paid seat, in each additional company 5 GB per active person, but at least 5 GB.
In short
Separate data and shared administration are not a contradiction. Every company has its own database, all of them run under one login and one invoice. The “Own database” page has more on this, and you can try Blina Desk free for 30 days.
