How many vehicles can I manage?
Any number of vehicles. No per-vehicle pricing (unlike many competitors). Bundle flat rate whether you manage 5, 50 or 500 vehicles.
Can I import data from another fleet system (Webfleet, Vimcar, Fleetio)?
Yes. We support CSV/Excel import for vehicles, drivers, deadlines, historical maintenance and fuel costs. For migrations from specific solutions (Vimcar, Webfleet, Verizon Connect, Fleetio, Targa Telematics, Fleetcompany) contact us — we handle the import for free.
Does it integrate with fuel cards (DKV, UTA, Aral, Esso, Q8, ENI)?
Automatic monthly CSV/XML import from major European providers (DKV, UTA, Aral, Esso, Shell, Q8, ENI, Repsol, Total). Each fuel entry is linked to vehicle + driver + km. For fuel cards with direct API integration, contact us.
Does it calculate cost per km automatically?
Yes. Total cost per km and per category (fuel, maintenance, insurance, depreciation). Comparison between vehicles and fleets. Exportable as PDF for management / owners. Cost per mile available for UK / US-style reporting.
Can I assign vehicles to multiple drivers over time?
Yes. Full history of driver-vehicle assignments with start/end dates. Fines and violations are automatically attributed to the driver assigned on that date. Mileage tracking per driver.
How many users can I add?
The first user is included in the bundle price. Each additional admin person (fleet manager, accounting, back office) is €19/month (€15.20 on the annual plan, with the −20% discount). DRIVERS who only use the app to view their own deadlines and record fuel entries are FREE — they do not count as billable users. You only pay for the people who actually run the fleet — no quotes, no lock-in.
Does it work for vehicles registered in Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland?
Yes. Multi-country support: Hauptuntersuchung (HU) with TÜV/DEKRA in Germany, §57a inspection (Pickerl) in Austria, Motorfahrzeugkontrolle (MFK) in Switzerland, Revisione in Italy, MOT in the UK. Vehicle tax (Kfz-Steuer DE) + motor-related insurance tax (AT) + Motorfahrzeugsteuer (CH) + Bollo auto (IT). Multi-currency EUR/CHF/GBP. Built for companies with mixed fleets or branches across Europe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from the subscription page. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current month. The annual plan stays active until the expiry date. Full data export (CSV + PDF) is guaranteed for 30 days after cancellation.
